My utilities integrates with my Tesla charger (not all chargers are supported), and handles off-peak charging for me. They give me $10 a month to do this. The car knows my calendar, and plots nav automatically.

No service required, integration with Tesla Solar, Powerwall and Supercharging network. 360° dashcam, with the ability to view at any time on the app. As well as the ability to summon the car (which I do sometimes at work).

Removing the ban, reducing the taxes, increases revenue for both the government and tobacco companies, because more people would likely buy them. All these things can exist at the same time.

Or you can just buy the newer recyclable blades in the first place. But even then, it's still easier just to dump them, which is what most will do without regulation.
