No one knew what they were doing. They finally someone who I thought knew what they were doing. Told me whatever it was the issue or a hold up. All the hold was pushed through all I had to do was go into the store and pick it up only to arrive at the store and be told no.

I sent a phone out for repair. You guys contact me at an email address that I never provided. Receive a phone call this morning saying requote $99 fine. And that’s when it went downhill customer service in the store was horrible. Customer service through Apple support was horribl
