Exposing financial scams, corporate scandals, and shady business practices. Someone's already tried to sue me into silence, and I'll yap about it here.
My video about exposing a Youtube coaching scheme has been reinstated (again), after being targeted by fake copyright strikes, thank you @TeamYouTube!
Let's see how long it stays up this time.

My video has now been struck three times by different claimants. Your team has manually reinstated it twice already. @TeamYouTube I kindly request you look at this case and reinstate the video as before.
Update: @TeamYouTube reinstated my video. Thank you for actually reading the case and making the right call.
I got multiple copyright strikes and got sued for exposing a $6,800 coaching scheme.
Here's the video they're desperately trying to remove:

I exposed a $6,800 coaching scheme. @Youtube rewarded me by removing my video for copyright infringement. They also repeatedly rejected my counter notifications.
You tell me if you think this video constitutes fair use.
Let's see how they handle this one. @TeamYouTube
Still no response from @TeamYouTube, your bots completely locked me out of exercising my rights to fight abusive copyright claims. This video was manually reinstated by your own team, only to be struck again 3 days later, claiming "original song" on a video with no music.
Hi @TeamYouTube My video was manually reinstated by YT legal team on July 20th. Struck again July 23rd by a different claimant. Filed a counter notification, got flagged for "misusing" the process. This is textbook abuse of your copyright system and your bots are making it worse
@TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators I'm being walked in circles.
Your legal team tells me to file a claim. Your bots reject it. Repeat.
Your own legal team manually reinstated the video on July 20th. It's now down again and I can't dispute it.
Can I get an actual human to review this?
@TeamYouTube My claim has now been rejected twice by your bot system. I am now unable to exercise my legal right to dispute a copyright claim through YouTube's standard process. I am requesting urgent human intervention. @TeamYouTube
Getting a copyright strike on a video that's already been cleared of copyright infringement by your own team is really something, if you can't fix your system, at least get an actual human to review the case. @TeamYouTube
@TeamYouTube My video isn't eligible for a counter notification yet. I'm simply trying to get details on the copyright claim itself, as YouTube's own email said information is available on request. The claim was filed by a music rights company against a video that contains no music.
Hi @TeamYouTube, @YouTubeCreators I posted a video exposing a $6,800 coaching scheme. I got a copyright strike from a third party with zero connection to my content. No details on what was allegedly infringed. 6 days to respond, only getting bot replies. https://t.co/YkCKsvc37o
