Warracknabeal Education Precinct

We are taking a stand to demand the government FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED. Our community has been working for 15 years to secure funding for the precinct.

How do you kickstart the Victorian economy?

You invest more than a billion dollars in our schools right across the state.

We will fix old buildings, deliver extra classrooms and build 10 brand new schools as part state-wide construction blitz that will create thousands of jobs!

[Warracknabeal Education Precinct @FinWhatUStarted]

A very positive meeting yesterday with @JamesMerlinoMP and @JaalaPulford Mayor Graham Massey, CEO YSC @JessH_WSM and #finishwhatyoustarted representative @karlydkirk discussing the condition of the schools. All agreed the need to complete the project is urgent. Let's get it done!

[Tracy Dart @tracydart1]

@LahGirl747 @JamesMerlinoMP First week of Feb, more hot weather to come no doubt. Secondary students in conditions worse than goal (I imagine). If we are trying to bridge the education gap between city + regional areas we need classrooms fit for learning. @FinWhatUStarted @DanielAndrewsMP @stuartgrimleyMP

[Narelle Drage @LahGirl747]

@JamesMerlinoMP my grade 7 tells me it was too hot to concentrate at school this week. 45 degrees, no air con please #finishedwhatyoustarted

[Narelle Drage @LahGirl747]

Hey @JamesMerlinoMP it was 45C in Warraknabeal today. Air cons at Secondary College not working. Can you please #finishwhatyoustarted

[Warracknabeal Education Precinct @FinWhatUStarted]

Please @JamesMerlinoMP come and visit our schools. "Schools are the heartbeat of local communities" and we too desire for our students to have "A stunning place of learning". Hearts are breaking at Warracknabeal. #finishwhatyoustarted @seanwales01 @FlowFMAustralia @7NewsMelbourne

Super excited about this @JamesMerlinoMP
Our diary is clear so let us know when to expect you!

[Warracknabeal Education Precinct @FinWhatUStarted]

Great question. @JamesMerlinoMP it's not really in the Christmas spirit to ignore a community.

[Karlysays @karlydkirk]

@JamesMerlinoMP heard you were driving through Warracknabeal, it's perfect weather for a school tour.

[Tracy Dart @tracydart1]

@JamesMerlinoMP I heard you are passing through Warracknabeal! Would be great to have you look over the Warracknabeal Education Precinct and see the potential it has, great to have it completed. Check out the economic activity here. We need the infrastructure to support it.
