Q: In what language should the certificates (#CFS and #CoMUC) for #Horizon2020 grants be provided?
A: Certificates have to be in the language indicated in Article 20.7 of your Grant Agreement.

Q: Is it required to publish scientific papers if one has an #H2020 grant?
A: Not specifically. There is an obligation to disseminate results by disclosing them to the public by appropriate means as soon as possible if it does not go against the project partners interests.

Q: Is #subcontracting allowed in #H2020?
A: Beneficiaries must have the appropriate resources to implement the action. However if necessary, subcontracting may be allowed but may cover only a limited part of the action. Core activities of the project should not be subcontracted.

Q: What is the #Horizon2020 #Dashboard?
A: The #H2020 Dashboard provides aggregated figures for H2020 f and #Euratom grants/projects and proposals and their financing as well as summary figures for projects under #FP7. The Dashboard report is refreshed daily.

A: It will be sent to the Coordinator within 30 days from the entry into force of the GA or from 10 days before the starting date, whichever is the latest. The Coordinator should then distribute to the partners with minimum delay

Q: Can an auditor authorised to issue #H2020 Certificates on Financial Statements (#CFSs) or #CoMUCs in one EU country do so for a beneficiary located in another?
A: Yes, provided that they follow the relevant national accounting rules and may issue a CFS or CoMUC.

Q: In an #H2020 #ITN, who covers the costs for secondments?
A: Secondments of six months or less which require mobility from the place of residence must be financed using the Research, Training and Networking costs This includes visa-related fees, travel and accommodation costs.

Q: Who can edit the financial forms and the explanation on the use of resources in the #H2020 periodic reporting??
A: (Primary) #CoordinatorContacts, #ParticipantContacts, #TaskManagers, Project #FinancialSignatories and Project #LegalSignatories can edit all parts.

Q: Can I use Financial support to third parties (#CascadeGrants) in my #H2020 proposal?
A: "Financial support to third parties" is only possible when it is mentioned explicitly in the Call for proposals and should not be confused with other types of #ThirdParties.

Q: How do we report third party costs in a #H2020 project?
A: Linked #thirdparties (Article 14 of the #GA) must complete their own financial statement as part of the periodic report. Other types of third parties must be integrated in the financial statement of the beneficiary.

Q. What is a #H2020 Financial Signatory (#FSIGN)?
A. FSIGNs are persons who are authorised to sign financial statements in H2020 projects. They have to be Assigned of by the #LEAR or Account Administrator to be a FSIGN for the organisation, then also linked to the Project.
