Fita Lifestyle Africa is looking for an ambitious, confident, and results-driven Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to help expand our growing fitness and wellness ecosystem.

If you enjoy networking, building relationships, closing deals, and representing innovative brands, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, pitch, and onboard gyms, fitness studios, sports facilities, wellness brands, and merchants to the Fita platform.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement.
* Represent Fita at fitness events, wellness expos, networking events, and community activations.
* Lead partnership discussions from prospecting to contract signing.
* Support brand activations, fitness events, and community campaigns.
* Achieve monthly partnership and onboarding targets.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Field Sales, or Brand Activation.
* Proven ability to acquire partners and close deals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable traveling across Lagos for meetings and events.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and digital products is an added advantage.
* Passion for fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
