@UbisoftSupport I hit the Wait for 24 Hours message, I waited, I tried again, I was still unable to make an account and the error message wasn't clear as to why. What next steps should I take to make an account?

@UbisoftSupport I purchased Scott Pilgrim vs. The World on Steam. When I tried to play it, a Ubisoft launcher prompted me to make an account. I tried several times but the errors weren't clear on what I did wrong. Now the errors say I've made too many attempts. Please help.
