I started @FindingSuzy by @DavidVidecette on Christmas Eve so only a mere 7 days into the Suzy Lamplugh disappearance timeline.
David's book has already opened me up to new theories and I can't wait until bedtime so I can read some more.

@DavidVidecette@MailOnline I totally agree. Have read Finding Suzy and I just don't understand why they tried to pin it on Cannan, other than to "solve" the case.
John Cannan, the prime suspect in the disappearance of Suzy Lamplugh in 1986, died earlier this month. But in today's #Substack@DavidVidecette - who has researched the case for a book - explains why he thinks Cannan was not responsible and...(1/2)

@colinsutton@totalcrime@DavidVidecette I read Finding Suzy and it cancelled out everything I thought I knew. One of the main issues for me involved the keys to the Shorrolds Road property. If there was only one set, then why was it still in the Sturgis office? I don’t think Suzy was ever there!
@totalcrime If you read ‘Finding Suzy’ by David Videcette he makes a good argument for concluding that Mr. Kipper didn’t actually exist. @DavidVidecette
Finding Suzy by @DavidVidecette is an incredible read, well written and wonderfully researched. If you only read one book in 2022 this is it, absolutely brilliant.
There’s significant new evidence in Suzy’s case, pointing elsewhere as to who killed her. There’s never been any evidence against John Cannan.
I’ll be interested to see how the parole board find next week.

@FindingSuzy As a real estate photographer, I see many realtors alone & oblivious to their surroundings. Have nothing to protect themselves. I also follow true crime-huge fan of Grizzly True Crime @grizzlygisela I share her passion to help the missing come home. I cant wait to read this book
Book recommendation time again. An excellent book that I finished in 2 days (if that gives an idea how keen I was to keep reading ☺️).
If you haven’t already, you really should also read Finding Suzy by @DavidVidecette too.
It’s 36 years to the day Suzy Lamplugh disappeared
If you want to read the full story of what happened that day, with new, ground breaking interviews, you can do so here
I hope my book will force police into admitting their mistakes in this case and bring closure for her family
I had a tweet telling me to look at @DavidVidecette's book on the Suzy Lamplugh case. Extremely well written it makes the best case I have seen for an alternative scenario to the Mr. Kipper red herring and lays out brilliantly the competing agendas that drive the case. Recommend
Everyone with an interest in truth & justice needs to read Finding Suzy by @DavidVidecette. An in-depth, impartial ‘back to basics’ investigation uncovering evidence the police didn’t find because they were sidetracked & didn’t look for. #suzylamplugh
