Do not believe the things @santanderuk tell you online or on their recorded greetings - they lie. “Apply for a loan online & get a decision in 5 mins, or by 7.30am if it’s after 11.30pm” 7 days later son is still waiting
@santanderukhelp This application was made before the issues with loan applications arose he should have had an answer within 2 days AT THE MOST according to your website. Not good enough. Delay could cost him a lot of money. False representation
@santanderukhelp Instead of taking it from time of loan they are taking it from time of phone enquiry. Even so - it’s not 5 minutes or by 7.30am next day. Now told “MAY” hear by Thursday which is when he was supposed to be picking up new car
@santanderukhelp Applied last Tuesday 8 July at 17.49. Has an OLA number. He has had to ring so many times and keeps getting fobbed off. I was on the call with him today - they are saying that it is in the timescale (not) because he rang when he hadn’t heard anything by Thursday 1/2
@AmazonHelp The date indicated on your website was TODAY so you are not helping at all. Amazon is making fraudulent delivery claims & only admitting the truth after the item is paid for. This is not a one off event, it happens frequently
@AmazonUK Product page for order I just placed said delivery by 10pm today. AFTER I PAID it told me delivery by 1pm tomorrow. Cust serv agent on phone said “can’t help” This is inducing purchase by false representation.
