@LGIndia pathetic services, your eng marks ticket as closed on its own while the issue is still not resolved, they do not wish to visit the customer and tries to delay the calls. If you do not wish to give service to your customers it’s better to stop giving warranties. Pathetic!

Your Engg name is Vipul Haldar, he was supposed to visit on 11th April between 1-5pm but he kept on lieing and didn’t visit and lately switched off his phone. Next day when he called he was trying to delay again by visiting another day. Now he has marked my ticket as closed.

@ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care your website clearly states that corporate salary a/c is opened with no minimum balance then why your branch manager is asking for how much salary our employee draws and based on that salary a/c would be opened. We already have a corporate salary a/c.
