@gracedent … described, and they were even willing to do two half wine pairing, this is one of the best value tasting menus in the world no? I have been back twice now. Very creative and enjoyable menu. In terms of portion size, very reasonable for a tasting menu. Beef tartare attached.
@gracedent Don’t think you get the concept @gracedent It’s a game changer that tasting menu doesn’t need to be expensive. Sure there’s always things to improve, but for £37 where you get beautiful and delicious 6 courses, changed cutlery after every dish, every course and wine was well…
@ChefConsultant@ChefKoj Good idea. Done. Yes. TripAdvisor can provide a list of options to prove the reviewer did actually dine there. Even a photo of one dish with a photo ID or an avatar to identify the account holder. Even that small requirement would eliminate lots of fake reviews.
