The moment you step out of your comfort zone to ask a question in a tense room, get on the stage to give a speech, stand up against the strong, take up a leadership role, or go after a daring task, attention will come. Your words/actions will be judged, failures elevated, and even written off by many.

To many, it would be better to flee the stage, retreat to the back, yield to fear, or even die than to allow themselves to face the public.

Therefore, today you have a choice to make: Take the risk or sit back on your next opportunity. The decision is yours to make, and even when you refuse to decide, you have still made a choice. #MoshehzDiary

@Michelle_Okello Yeah I'd actually advise getting both....one for your daily runs and then one for longer runs...having both also makes them abit longer lasting as well especially since they are damn expensive you don't want them getting old quickly 😅😂
