I'm sure venues with a lot of open dates do reach out to concert promoters, maybe WWE and AEW too, to try to get them to book.

With the sports teams there its very hard to get a good date at MSG. It would be very unusual for MSG to reach out to any promoter (even a hot music act) to try to get them to book the arena

But then claims he withdrew from the show to avoid any potential travel issues or ruining a big opportunity.

So if these people have burner accounts, you could get some info (IP, email, fake name, device) but then their countries have no obligation to link it to someone real.

That never gives anyone a right to put their hands on someone. It the court of public opinion it may make a difference. But in the court of law, it doesn't.
