Northerners are the problem of this country. Where is it a crime to have an id card? American and Europe citizens have IDs which are demanded by police and other security agencies on daily basis. Even if Obi asked the northerners in Anambra to get an Id, it’s not a crime. Rather with this Id criminal elements will easily be fished out.
