2025 tested the resilience of the entire energy sector. NNPC Limited responded with focus, discipline, and delivery.

We closed the year with a Profit After Tax of ₦7.2tn, up 33%, on revenue of ₦34.5tn, with EPS up 32% to ₦35.90.

Revenue softened by 24%, reflecting lower crude oil prices and reduced white product volumes after petrol price deregulation in October 2024 removed our bulk-breaking role. Even so, remittances to government continued to rise, a clear demonstration of the value we continue to create for the nation. Operational strength held firm too: EBITDA up 22% to ₦18.0tn, operating cash flow up 16% to ₦12.8tn.

Beyond the numbers: converting Nigeria's hydrocarbon wealth into electricity, industry, jobs, and fiscal stability. Building a stronger energy future for Nigeria and beyond.

Following the release of its 2025 Audited Financial Statement, NNPC Ltd. has declared a Profit After Tax of N7.2trn.

GCEO, NNPC Limited, Engr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari, credited the result to disciplined execution and a capable workforce.

"Our 2025 performance shows what disciplined execution and a capable workforce can deliver. We are strengthening earnings, growing production and investing in the people and assets that will sustain value for our shareholders, communities and the Nigerian people,” he said.

I arrived a bit late for my flight in Abuja this afternoon because of an unusual roadblock mounted by the military and the police in anticipation of Tinubu’s return.

I just arrived in Lagos and this is the kind of madness that is going on at the Lagos airport.

How can the busiest airport in the commercial capital of a country be put on lockdown for hours because an absentee President is on his way back to the country.

The whole of Lagos will be on lockdown for a man whose disastrous regime has ushered in nothing but terrible policies, mass poverty and corruption.

Bayo Onanuga announced that Tinubu will be landing in Lagos later in the evening.

Why subject citizens and foreigners to this long horrendous treatment when Tinubu’s plane is not even on the ground yet?
