Absolutely disgusting treatment from @UPS_UK who are not accepting responsibility for damaging my oven en route. Pic 1 how it left the vendor’s place. Pic 2 how it arrived to me 24 hours later with a smashed timer switch and packing removed. Apparently it’s the vendor’s fault. 🤷‍��️
