@Frosteeze_@EPLBible Yeah the main thing I’m trying to understand is why Americans are convinced they’d automatically be great if they nurtured that talent. It’s a genuine question. We know athleticism doesn’t help massively so why do you think Americans would automatically become ballers?
@phantomtky@EPLBible My argument is why would America automatically become good at football when similar sized nations like China and India have tried the exact thing this video says. Yet they still failed, I just don’t see how the US are guaranteed to get better, it’s not that simple imo.
@Frosteeze_@EPLBible My point then is, why would America automatically be good if they nurture and teach skill. The athleticism won’t help, look at large nations like China and India who have tried this and couldn’t generate star players. America aren’t guaranteed success if you understand me.
@abbsNP@EPLBible I’m not arguing that but my point then is, why would America automatically be good if they nurture and teach skill. The athleticism won’t help, look at large nations like China and India who have tried this and couldn’t generate star players. America aren’t guaranteed success.
@TheLateRunShow While part of this may be true, Americans fail to understand that football isn’t limited to how much of an athlete you are. Skill and technique is far more central to the game. Literally look at the greatest player of all time, nowhere near a high level athlete.
@EverythingDCU_ If either of the Dino planet or genocidal blue gremlin planet is in this film it’ll be such a banger. Even without I think this film will surprise all its haters.
@SPAWN_UKUK @JamesGunn But do you not think that by it matching the comic perfectly fans will be extremely happy with it. There’s nothing wrong with a film following a similar story and arc to a Guardians film, when those films were done so well? This film will surprise many.
@BlackMajikMan90 I’m convinced half of the people complaining have a cooked fucking attention span and genuinely only watched like the first 30 seconds of the trailer 🤣🤣. The plot matches the comic perfectly bar the Lobo addition, which I know is going to be unreal and such a fun part.
@GunntArchive The comic run that this film is largely based off of matches something of a guardians type arc and story. So this matches the comic perfectly from what I saw. If they follow the source material in the way that they have, the film is going to be great. It’s exactly like the comic.
