Prayer Points
As you eat the bread, cry to the Lord:
▪︎ Lord, I'm not just looking, I'm eating.
As I partake of Your body tonight, please make me completely whole.
When you drink the wine, cry to the Almighty God:
▪︎ Father, make my victory absolute tonight so I can laugh at the enemy and laugh last.

Tonight, as you come to the table, come with faith;
▪︎ That the symbolic eating of the bread is linking you up with the body of Jesus. And your victory is certain
▪︎ That the wine is linking you up with the Blood that causes you to overcome.
You eat and you become healthy.
You drink so you can be sure you'll overcome the devil and you'll laugh last.
Don't approach the table like you're coming to eat an ordinary meal.
Salvation Call
You can't come to the table with offence or in sin.
If you haven't given your life to Jesus or would like to rededicate your life, ask the Lord to have mercy on you, forgive your sins, wash you clean with His blood, and save your soul.

When Jesus blessed the bread and told the disciples, "Take, eat, this is my body", He wasn't asking them to eat His literal flesh or drink His literal blood. He hadn't been crucified then.
The bread is symbolic of His body, the wine symbolic of His blood.
John 6:51.
When we gather to eat the communion, the moment we pray over the bread and wine, they become symbolic of His flesh and blood.
Jesus says, "Eat and live."
The Holy Communion is a special meal;
You eat with faith in the one Who bore your sin on the cross and was beaten for you.
You symbolically drink His blood. You drink to overcome. Revelation 12:10-11.

It is written that if all of us praise God, the whole earth will fear before Him.
God is aware that when we gather for the Convention, some have come for the fruit of the womb, healing, financial breakthrough, and more.
Due to the diverse requests we bring, God knows it would be difficult for us to be in one accord.
So He asks us to lift a rod or lift our handkerchiefs.
These things are not God; they don't replace God.
But they keep our focus on God; they help us approach God in one accord.
These handkerchiefs aren't God but they've been anointed by the faithful God Who anointed Paul, whose handkerchiefs healed the sick and cast out demons. Acts 19:11-12.

Minister: Pastor E. A. Adeboye
Text: John 3: 14-15
The Israelites annoyed God and He decided to punish them by sending fiery serpents against them, so poisonous their poison was like fire. Numbers 21:4-9
They cried to God and He asked Moses to make a brazen serpent. As they looked up to the serpent, they were healed.
The serpent wasn't God. But it was a tool of healing from God.
Just like in the wilderness, Jesus said to look to Him, and all Who look to Him will not perish but have eternal life.

Daddy Adeboye was President of PFN from 1992 to 1995. That was the last time he held a leadership position in PFN, and he has never been President of CAN.
There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding regarding his involvement in past national protests.
At the time in question, the nationwide protest was not called by Pastor Adeboye personally. It was a position taken by Christian leadership structures, particularly PFN and CAN, which serve as umbrella bodies representing many Christian ministries and denominations across Nigeria.
So when I come online and see many young people attacking Pastor Adeboye over a protest he joined many years ago, I honestly find it surprising.
Pastor Adeboye and his ministry are members of PFN and CAN, just as many churches and ministries across Nigeria are. Participating in an action endorsed by these bodies is not the same thing as personally calling for it.
So I am yet to understand why the blame is being directed at Papa Adeboye. Did he call for the protest? No. In fact, he was not even part of the leadership of CAN and therefore was not in a position to make such a decision on behalf of the organization.
Most importantly, Pastor Adeboye is now over 84 years old. One thing that concerns me about our generation is how quickly we abandon basic respect and civility. What exactly is the expectation here? That an 84-year-old man should be leading street protests today?
If you genuinely believe that is reasonable, would you make the same demand of your own father at that age? If another protest is called tomorrow, will you be comfortable asking your grandfather to stand on the frontlines?
Pastor Adeboye has also never instructed his church members to vote for any particular political party or candidate. Throughout the years, he has maintained an apolitical posture. If anyone has credible evidence of him openly endorsing a political candidate or directing members to vote for one, I'll bring down this post.
Pastor Adeboye is not your problem. The person you voted for to protect your life is in Aso Rock. You didn't elect Pastor Adeboye to provide security, electricity, jobs, roads, healthcare, or economic policies for you. Channel your energy toward the right source.
