Napoleon's invasion of Russia seems like ancient history to most people. 1812. Over 200 years ago. Who cares?
The Rothschilds care. Their family was there. Financing multiple sides. Building the fortune that still exists today.
The Russo-Japanese war? 1904. Also feels distant. Regular people barely remember it happened.
Jacob Schiff remembers. Or rather, his descendants do. He financed Japan's war against Russia. His family still operates in the same banking circles he built.
Here's what regular people don't understand: these families have portraits lining their halls going back centuries. They walk past their ancestors every day. They know exactly what those ancestors did. Which wars they funded. Which governments they influenced. What deals were struck in 1815, 1905, 1945.
You and I don't know what our great-great-grandfather did for a living. Maybe he fought in a war. Maybe he farmed. Records are lost. Names forgotten after a few generations.
These families could tell you what their ancestor ate for lunch in 1823 if they wanted to look it up. Because that record exists. In their archives. In their libraries. In their family histories passed down through generations.
Why does this matter?
Because when you're making decisions today based on investments your family made 150 years ago, history isn't ancient. It's active. It's current. It's still paying dividends.
Those walls weren't built with honest labor. They were built with war profits. Lending to both sides. Financing revolutions. Backing the winner before the battle even started.
Regular people think in terms of their own lifetime. Maybe their parents' lifetime if they're lucky.
These families think in centuries. Plan in generations. Operate on timelines that outlast governments.
That's not conspiracy. That's just how dynastic wealth works. And why thinking 200 years is "too long ago to matter" is exactly what they want you to believe.

@TRobinsonNewEra It’s an invasion in slow motion, but an invasion nonetheless.
And those who support the invasion are traitors who deserve the fate of all traitors.
why aren’t the robots working in the mines and oil fields and handling toxic chemicals or picking plastic out of the ocean? why are they writing emails and making powerpoint presentations? what the hell are we doing
Our ancestors had it right when it comes to executions (and many other things). They didn’t try to sanitize it. If you’re convicted of a horrible crime, you’re gonna die. They’ll hang you from a rope or shoot you or chop off your head and that’ll be it. They won’t pretend it’s something other than what it is. It’s ugly and violent, because killing someone is an ugly and violent thing, but it’s the fate you chose for yourself. It’s justice. Don’t want to suffer that fate? Don’t commit the crime. It was much more honest. Much simpler. And I think far more dignified for all involved, especially the condemned.
