@virginmedia it shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel a contract. I want to cancel my broadband and get sent new contract pushes - you must be breaching standards.
@HSBC_HK my husband is trying to get through to resolve a business banking query but no response from call centre or chat, despite being before 6pm. Are you working reduced hours for CNY?
@virginmedia I want someone from a complaints team to speak to us. The issue won’t be fixed until 25/2. It has been known by Virgin since 6/2. The issue is an area intermittent outage due to cabling issues. Next step is writing to management if complaints won’t answer.
@virginmedia router has had to be rebooted 4 times this week and we’re paying £47 per month. Down again. Cannot sit on hold again this week. No chat to enable us to book an engineer. Need to renew contract so it’s a bad time for such bad service. Help!
@virginmedia 2/2 cannot speak to a complaints team or managers. They will only come near us after it’s resolved. We’re working from home and self employed. Beyond frustrated! Can someone with some authority to help with interim solution call us if I give you our details?
@virginmedia Absolutely disgusted that I had to make multiple calls to find out it is an intermittent outage with Virgin and has been since 6 Feb. Timeline to fix moved from yesterday to 25 Feb. Living with this for almost a month. No ability to get updates online. 1/2
@virginmedia Thank you but the number runs an automated test, recommends a reboot (AGAIN) and then wants to send me online resources. It’s gone down twice this morning. I need to speak to someone! I cannot believe how much we are paying for this nonsense
@virginmedia It’s now dropped out again. You’ve asked me 3 times on this thread the same question, which I’ve answered each time, and still no leads on getting an engineer to visit. I am asking to be reimbursed. Not good enough!
@virginmedia We won’t have tenants in. We finally found someone who can help after sitting on hold for far too long. The ability to contact Virgin Media for enqiries that aren’t straight forward is woeful.
@virginmedia we want to move house, keep current broadband only contract at the old property and take a new broadband contract at the new property. This doesn’t fit your usual scenarios, the bot is useless and I can’t find a phone number. Please help!
