Don't get me wrong, the winner was incredibly talented and probably is a worthy winner...however I've not seen such a carefully produced winner for a while, the story, the staging, the judges' comments, the running order.

Things that need to change on #BGT
1. 5 golden buzzers max
2. More amateurs
3. Less slo-mo / Greatest Showman
4. Judges lock in their SF votes before saying them, no more “just to even it up”
5. Wildcard chosen by the public
6. Bring back BGMT

Documentary about Miriam on channel 4 coming soon!!
Couldn't help but think of you when I saw the advert and think what roll you may have played, even slightly, in gaining the interest of her story being told and heard more widely..🙏
@thewifeandme@LaytonWilliams Oh come on! His day job is in dance musical theatre. He played Billy Elliot on the West End and was the lead in Everybody’s Talking About Jamie ffs! Would you let Gordon Ramsay or Jamie Oliver on amateur Master Chef?
My god🫥..needed a dish washing break...cheers self esteem! Had to mute the damn thing. Physically hurt to hear.
Murdered a classic with pure self indulgence 👌

We are now seeing extremely graphic scenes of violence against the civilian population of Mariupol, perpetrated by the Ukrainian Nazi #AzovBatallion. Regardless of what Russia is doing (and that is rightly condemned) we cannot turn a blind eye to this.
As they say "Truth is the first casualty of war"
Here are voices we won't hear on our televisions...
This journalist is the epitome of true journalism. In the thick of it, speaking to civilians with harrowing stories to tell. #AzovBattalion#Ukraine️

Ukraine appeals are widespread, refugees need support, absolutely. So when the people of Gaza were enduring the demolishing of 16,000 homes, with no possibility of rebuilding them because of 'Israel' control of their borders, why did the BBC reject allowing an appeal for them?
Brown people have been dying for years in Yemen, Palestine and elsewhere and nobody cared.
Now it's white people the West have taken notice.
If you're against war and human suffering, be against war and human suffering everywhere, not just because it will give you good press.
In 2014, when Russia annexed Crimea, I was invited on Russia Today to discuss it.
I warned them I thought it was against international law, and that is what I would say. RT said "fine, we like to broadcast differing views".
And they did.
