@champneys Probably because your website is completely useless. I've just spent 2 hours trying to book 2 people in for a spa day, it's like you don't business, either that or you want people to NEED a spa day by the end of it 😖

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

@champneys does anyone man your reservations phone line? Trying to book a vitality day which I don't believe can be done online? Not clear how long I'll be waiting or what times lines are open between!

@asda can I link my Alexa shopping list with the Asda Scan and Go App shopping list? If not, when will I be able too?

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

@BBCNews This thread is so infuriating 🙄🤦‍♀️ Whilst I don't necessarily agree with women only carriages, something seriously needs to be done to step up security for women to feel safe. Said as someone who has faced sexual harassment on a train.

@MillerandCarter please change your awful "loyalty" programme. Having "rewards" that expire after 30 days is not rewarding loyalty 🙄

@Costco bought profiteroles from your Watford UK store earlier this week. Went to eat them before the use by date, but they were inedible and tasted like plastic/chemicals!

@Dominos_UK #freeDOMINOSday I've got a 6 month old, born in lockdown, who is currently teething and very bothered by the hot weather. Need free dominos to keep me sane!!

@LivingCraftsUK We attended the event at Hatfield House, but weren't able to do the calligraphy workshop we had booked as there was a technical error which meant it was overbooked. I'm still waiting for my refund, and can't seem to private message you to sort it out? Please reply

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

@HantsPolice I've reported a driving offense via your website, but other than a URL it gave me no option to upload video footage I had captured?

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

Once again really awful service at @asda Hatfield Click and Collect. Waited for half an hour, no sign of anyone, checked in with the app, phone call wouldn't connect. Had my baby in the car in 29 degree heat! So frustrating! 😡

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

Nap-trapped but at least have my 50p @CostaCoffee Iced Latte 🙌

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

@asda when is your 25% off 6+ vmbottles of wine offer running till?

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

@premierpraise what was the name of the song played around 5.45pm today with the lyrics "made the mountains so I could wander, made the sea so I could walk on water" please?

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

@LloydsBank want to open a Child Saver account online but when I click on "apply now" it goes to a blank page? Is this a technical glitch?

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

@channel5_tv think you need to update your guide! It says 'Christmas in Vienna' is showing but it's actually 'Best Christmas Ball Ever'. When are you showing Chdistmas in Vienna?

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

@spaexperienceuk bought a gift card as part of Black Friday for what I thought was the Gosling Experience, Welwyn Garden City, but the confirmation says Bethnal Green? How do I get this changed to Welwyn please?

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

@asda can I check how food is stored for click and collect slots? We turned up towards the end of our hour slot and the frozen food was completely thawed, including meat, which is concerning. Is this normal?

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

@Deliveroo why does it say free @NandosUK delivery but then charge me £2.49 for delivery?

[Fiona June Lockhart @FionaJLockhart]

@EagerDrinks PLEASE tell me how I can order your Pink Grapefruit Carbonated soft drink?! I'm in love 😍
