The fact that most British council dog pounds give dogs no exposure and euthanise them after 7 days, when no shelters spaces are available, is a national disgrace and scandal #UK
Most council pounds do not show the dogs they have in their care on social media, often no one knows they exist or that they have been pts.

If a dog was stolen in London and then dumped in Scotland the owner only has 7 days to search every pound in the UK to find him, he can then be 'euthanised'.

Councils say they do not have the space or resources to feed and house dogs or to assess them for re homing. It's a national scandal we are not seeing in the news.

The public needs to know why buying a puppy or breeding from existing pets is a very bad idea. Unscrupulous breeding should be stopped now‼️‼️

His name is Dmytro Yashchenko, known by the callsign “Irishman.”

For five days, he fought alone — without water and without communication.

Near Pokrovsk, after enemy FPV drone strikes, three of his comrades were killed.

Only Dmytro remained on the position. For five days, with no food, water, or contact with the outside world, he kept changing positions and repelling enemy assaults.

In one of the battles, he single-handedly eliminated more than ten occupiers.

Those who survived were convinced they were facing an entire unit.

But there was only one Ukrainian paratrooper.

For this battle, Dmytro Yashchenko was awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine.

Sometimes the course of a battle is changed by a single person who refuses to surrender.
