In the afternoon, we had a performance insights panel with the superb Dr Laura Bowen from Tottenham Hotspur women, England Rugby’s Nathan Beardsley, Irish Rugby’s Ed Slattery, and Firdaus Maasar from the Singapore FA.

We followed it up with a reallly interesting high performance culture panel with football executive Mal Brannigan, Arsenal’s Tom Allen and Leeds’ Rob Price.
