@MyBuddyAndrew I pay myself not to smoke. Every urge I resist is $1 into my debt payment fund. Every day I don't buy a pack is $10 into same fund. I've paid off a huge chunk of debt doing this. Not perfect, but gave me the important habit replace and saved money!
