#2A ANTI-GROUP DEFENSE LAWS: Dumb and unconstitutional for a number of obvious reasons. Because I have to get my next #2A book to the publisher tomorrow.... I will just state this for now: whatever you are constitutionally allowed to do alone, you are constitutionally allowed to do as a group.
Moreover, there are times when a group self defense response is warranted to a group threat/violent attack. Group violence examples are legion: the 2020 riots, Hamas attacks in Israel in October 2023, the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the mob violence on Ben Franklin's wife (Deborah) after protestors tried to knock over his house due to the Stamp Act (they failed because of armed group defense), and if there were ever a foreign invasion of the USA, we would need a group armed response. For all these reasons, group self defense may be needed and it is constitutionally protected just like worshiping as a group or petitioning the government for redress as a group. @deaflibertarian
