@GeoffBuysCars 3 years of dealing with Nissan GB in regards to corrosion on my 2010 GTR (owner since 2012). Ombudsman's decision confirming their responsibility over a year ago, and still Nissan continues to try and dodge responsibility! UK motor industry/ warranties are a joke!

@BMW_UK @MINIUK Complained to Mini (BMW) Finance after poor service+mishandling of payment. Offered+accepted compensation but not received it! Multiple emails+calls to escalations team (no response, nearly 3hrs listening to "thankyou for your call" on-hold music! Anyone there?
