@Hertz you really don’t want me as a Platinum member anymore it seems- you’re doing a great job making me book Avis SIX times in 4 months and I’d never done it in 20 years - and I’m trying to book weeks ahead
And looking at the @delta app to see my arrival time - the flight I’m sitting on no longer appears in my trips for the day - we land in 6-7 hours but no info from the app
With only 250 Twitter followers I know this isn’t a big deal to @Delta but I do speak to thousands of people and I’m confident this cluster will be shared a few times #inept
And cable companies have the reputation for the worst service- airlines are close. My last @Delta flight was so delayed I walked off got on Southwest and arrived before the first flight took off
Pilot is pissed too - 3 hours late - plane and crew available but no gates because @Delta schedules too many flights and not enough gates? Can mgmt be that greedy or inept?
