I’m sick of people dismissing remote work as “pretending to work” or “working in your pjs.” How about “not wasting valuable hours of your life commuting” or “being a part of your kids’ lives.”
@ZimHilton We know why...few are willing or courageous (yet) to address the reasons for why orgs/approaches to leadership are systematically and institutionally dysfunctional. It’s time to create the conditions for honest conversations about this. It’s time to reframe the narrative....
