Today I had the pleasure of returning to @NHGS and launching the @FirstGiveUK programme with the year 9's. Todays assembly was extra special as last years winners shared some key tips and insights to help with planning ahead! #SocialAction

An amazing @FirstGiveUK final @AGGSchool to end the half term. A very high standard displayed by all of the students. So much social action and audience engagement. Congratulations to class 9G winning the £1000 on behalf of Copper Dale Trust!

This morning I had the pleasure of working with the Y9 students @AGGSchool, preparing for the @FirstGiveUK final in our presentation skills workshop. Only 1 week until the final, where we will hear of the great #SocialAction and community charities!

I hosted my last @FirstGiveUK Final of 2025 with the Y8 students, teachers and parents @DixonsTA and it was a huge success! Congratulations to the winning Class 8A- representing The Bridge Project. It was such a pleasure to see the charity representatives attend and celebrate!

Congratulations to class R7 for coming first in the @FirstGiveUK final this morning. The guide dogs association will be receiving £1000 towards the great work that they do! A big well done to all the presenting students @trinitythorne that have showcased all the great work of Y7!

Today was my last @FirstGiveUK PSW of the year, which I spent with the Y8 students of @DixonsTA. We spent the morning perfecting our speaking skills and supporting each other on the ways we could engage the audience. Less than a week to go before we see the final results!

This morning I had the pleasure of visiting the Y7 presenting students @trinitythorne and learn about all the social action they have done to support for local charites. 2 weeks until the @FirstGiveUK final takes place and make the most of the feedback given today. #SocialAction

The sun came out to match the vibrant PSW @THFCS_Official with the Y8 students this morning. Today, we tightened up on audience participation, professionalism, and posture. Not long left until the @FirstGiveUK final where they get to shed light on the local charities!

Another successful @FirstGiveUK final with a twist. The Y8 presenting students @SheffPark_Acad had the opportunity to present to Y7. Congratulations to Group 1 representing @WPCancerCharity winning £1000 on their behalf! #SocialAction

A huge congratulations to class 7HM for their win in the @FirstGiveUK final @ysgolaberconwy. The £1000 grant will be going to hope restored a local charity that helps to tackle homelessness. A very high standard of presentations from all the Y7 presenting students! #Socialaction

What an action-packed morning with the Y7 students @LeedsWestWay prepping them for their @FirstGiveUK final on the 8th July! So many charities have been supported, covering many social issues. I can't wait to find out who wins the £1000 on behalf of their charity! #Socialaction

I've been really inspired this afternoon, hearing of all the #Socialaction completed by the whole of Y7 @ysgolaberconwy. All presenting students had the chance to fine tune their speaking and presentation skills in the @FirstGiveUK workshop, in preparation to win the £1000 grant!
