The DOL inspector general has confirmed not only at his agency, but at other departments underneath the Department of Homeland Security have set up direct immigration fraud units before yesterday's order from the President of the United States was signed.

There is a massive amount of fraud. It is so pernicious and pervasive it is easily found by making parquets of public records issued by the agencies themselves.

Immigration activists and immigration attorneys have been lying for decades as to the magnitude of this fraud, or that it even exists at all. All of them were banking that they would never be exposed for their lies.

A third of England was royal forest, every animal in it belonged to the king, and a poor man's dog was the one piece of hunting equipment he could not be stopped from owning. So they left him the dog and took its feet.

If the inspectors found yours intact, the fine was three shillings, about a month's wages. Before 1217 they simply took your ox.

No law ever told that man he could not eat meat. The law took his bow, his dog's toes and his right to the wood, then left him entirely free to work out the rest for himself. He worked it out. He ate oats and beans, and he raised children who ate oats and beans.

That is how it is always done. Meat is never banned for the poor. It just becomes, by one sensible regulation after another, impossible to get.

This evening the White House issued an executive order, "Enhancing Program Integrity and Interagency Coordination in the Administration of the H-1B Nonimmigrant Visa Program." The order asserts there is "large-scale, systematic abuse" of the program by certain employers, placement groups, and outsourcing firms seeking lower-paid, lower-skilled foreign labor. It then directs State, Labor, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to coordinate with Commerce, Education, and Small Business Administration to ensure H-1B filings comply with INA §§ 101(a)(15)(H)(i)(b), 212(n), 214(i), and 274B. It also instructs those agencies to weigh employer layoffs affecting similarly situated U.S. workers when handling H-1B filings. In addition, it orders Department of Labor (DOL) to begin reviewing past LCAs for possible enforcement action within 30 days, and delegates the President's § 215(a) entry authority to the various agencies.

Directing several agencies to coordinate the weighing of an employer's recent or planned layoffs affecting American workers when handling LCAs, petitions, visas and giving them the authority to act could prove to be a very helpful at a time of so many layoffs.

BREAKING: For the first time in four years, Yemen's Houthis have struck Saudi Arabia's King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh with drones, hitting the main jet fuel tanks, with flames and a massive plume of black smoke over the airport, per Reuters.

Saudi Arabia lost its most advanced fighter jet to the Houthis on Wednesday, flew no strikes as Mocha fell, and bombed its own allies on the Bab el-Mandeb coast Monday.
