🚨 Important Update for Property Buyers and Sellers in Scotland 🚨
There is currently an IT outage at a key Scottish Government agency that is causing delays in property transactions. The Register of Insolvencies has been offline since Wednesday, impacting settlements that require an Insolvency Search. The agency is working urgently to restore the service, but there's no estimated time for resolution yet.
If you have an upcoming property settlement, please contact your solicitor for the latest updates. We hope this issue is resolved soon to minimise disruption, especially with the holiday season approaching.
Stay tuned for more updates and check the Accountant in Bankruptcy website for the most current information➡️https://t.co/rbOAQHCxSM
The Register of Insolvencies (ROI) is currently unavailable due to an IT issue.
We are working to get the service up and running as soon as possible.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Unfortunately, we are still unable provide an estimate for when service will be restored. Effectively this issue is a force majeure and we will endeavour to rectify matters as soon as we possibly can.
We are testing a solution and depending on the results of the test, we may need to take further remedial action before we can restore the service.
We are supporting the #CorstorphineChristmasSupportProject2024, which is organised by the West Edinburgh Community Support Group and aims to offer support to local families who would benefit from help this Christmas.
Families that the project assists will primarily be identified through local primary schools and donations will be distributed in the run up to Christmas.
Neilsons are accepting donations now up until Monday 16th December at our 📍 Property Centre at 162 St John’s Road, Edinburgh, EH12 8AZ.
Please donate essential items from the list if you are able to.
