Fisheries Students Association OF Makerere University(FISAMU) successfully celebrates World Fisheries Day, featuring exhibitions and fish meal feasts. The occasion was graced by our chief guest, Samanta Mapfumo (GIZ team leader, sustainable Aquatic foods)
Under NutriFishPlus, the project team will increase the participation & benefits for women, youth & marginalized groups across the Small Pelagic Fishes value chain. The team will also scale up the adoption of solar tent dryers to improve quality & reduce losses- Dr J. Efitre, PI.
