The Linesviile State Fish Hatchery in PA had a fantastic #BlackCrappie production season. This week, 20,000 Black Crappies will be stocked in recently filled lakes around the state. Today we stocked 7,400 Crappies into Coyler Lake in Center County.

Did you know that the PA Fish and Boat Commission stocks Bluegill?

These #Bluegill at the Linesville State Fish #Hatchery were raised in order to re-stock a few recently refilled Reservoirs around the state after they were drained in order to repair the dams.

The Linesville State Fish Hatchery has begun taking #BrownTrout eggs. These eggs will contribute 100,000 fingerling to the near shore Lake Erie fishery.

Linesville will also provide the Corry and Reynoldsdale Hatcheries with eggs for production Brown Trout.

Fall trout stocking continues! Today, WCO Sweppenhiser and volunteers stocked brook and brown trout into Clarks Creek in Dauphin County. The Keystone Select section of Quittapahilla Creek in Lebanon County was also replenished. Good luck, anglers!
