@CrossCountryUK absolutely shocking service today on your train. Boarded at 1840 at Oxford going back to Manchester on train with only 4 coaches. Had to stand for 1.5 hours - totally unacceptable service!!! Not even a hint of an apology!!!

@AndyBurnhamGM I hear a lot of talk about the poor quality of the Avanti West Coast service and yet I still regularly get this train and have to put up with cancellations and overcrowding. When is something actually going to happen and not just empty words!!!
