@RoyalMailHelp hello, have you turned off your international tracking like I have been reading? A lot of my items going to the US have been saying "we've got your item" with no further tracking for over 3 weeks!
@RoyalMailHelp hi, I appreciate it's a busy time of year and there has been strikes, but I posted an int tracked item with the local RM office on the 16th November and tracking says it's not even left the office I handed it over to, can this be looked in to please?
@RoyalMailHelp hi, I posted this on Friday to the US and it's just been put through my door, I assume the sender name and address on the customs label has been used by mistake (not sure how though?!?) What do I do now as the last date to post on the label was yesterday!
@PostOffice Huh? it's Royal Mail who tagged and dragged you in to this, I didn't as my issue wasn't with the Post Office as I no longer use your branches.
@RoyalMailHelp hello, I purchase my postage online and take the items to the local sorting office (as the Post Office is now refusing to accept anything with online postage), I use tracked delivery and have recently had to claim for a lost package. This claim has been refused as
@PostOffice Thanks for the offer of help, but using the sorting office is actually better than the post office, my issue is with Royal Mail saying that them accepting and actually scanning a tracked item (and tracking showing it being accepted and moving through their system) is not enough
@PostOffice I would, but I've raised it numerous times and I get the same response in the branch that they will not accept anything where the postage has been purchased through online with Royal Mail and to go to a Royal Mail sorting office instead.
@RoyalMailHelp I'll send the DM now but I don't understand how your own tracking system, which shows it was handed over, is not proof of postage, but a little scrap of paper from a post office is?
The letter confirms the item has been lost, the tracking shows it was scanned at the sorting office, and despite the claim in the letter I provided a copy of the customers purchase invoice for the lost item, yet it's been declined. So what am I meant to do in the future?
@RoyalMailHelp hello, is there any way to check why this item doesn't seem to have left the Royal Mail sorting office I dropped it off at over 2 weeks ago?
Is it also possible to confirm if Australia. post would be able to access that information and state it is still in the UK, surely they only have the same tracking as I can see which says it left the country on 10/09?
@RoyalMailHelp hello, I have a customer in Australia who I sent an order to and hasn't received it yet, I've told her the tracking said it left UK on 10/09 but she has apparently contacted Australian Post and they've said it's still sat in the UK, is it possible to check?
