A leopard can change its spots but not its habits btw
When you trade sketchy protocols or markets always close before the end, don't wait (this is also true for Polymarket markets)
when did everyone everywhere get so pessimistic about everything
we live in a literal golden era. sci-fi esque intelligent machines, miracle drugs, self-driving cars, spaceflight, new monetary systems, robotics, quantum computing
this shit is awesome
@ImperiumPaper Buying a Zambia bond can yield directional upside if credit changes
LPing in a crypto vault has no upside, with the same downside risk
Overcollateralization and instant liqs are great, but the real risk is hacks as you know, which are extremely common at this market phase
Personally, I'm viewing all the hysteria about post-quantum computing as very much in the same vein as the Y2K bug
Overblown and panicked about by normies/media, mostly solved in quiet well in advance: a few fuckups in aftermath of qday but nothing serious
Nothing ever happens
@dunleavy89 No entity in the world would actually succeed a 51% attack on ETH POS, it would be far too costly at current or even much lower prices for the risk of stakers just rolling it back (which they would).
@dunleavy89 All big players would roll back a USDC/USDT full loss, it's just too catastrophic for their balance sheets. While neutrality is important, preventing a criminal from stealing XXX billions is a better method of ensuring institutions will use the chain.
@MaxResnick I would say $24b taking a PE of 50 (because it touches so much money there may be a high growth story for some monetization optimists)
Any higher than 50 feels unfair considering the narrative is that legacy markets will be disrupted + they haven't shown ability to monetize well
@demishassabis@antigravity@GeminiApp Coders need fast mode in the API / an agentic harness like Gemini CLI
Antigravity is hobbling it compared to a Claude Code style experience
@vmfunc This one helped me with wrist pain a lot. I tried other Alice-style keyboards and they weren't necessarily as good. There's probably other good options though.
