Why does @Wizards dislike bards?

-Smallest prepared spells (Half casters get more prepared spells than bards)
-Can barely change spells
-No subclass spells
-Too few bardic inspiration (which anyone can get with 1 dip into bard)
-Magical Secrets seems like a bandaid
