@tanayedubz it happens... the first year was the biggest struggle for me. if you're new to #pescatarian living, don't feel rushed to go all in right away. have chicken every now and then. i've found the best way to succeed long-term is to take it slow and not force anything.
@mignantdebawi To help with the hunger limit simple carbs which turn into sugar in the body (breads/pastas/chips etc), increase your fats (canned salmon is quickest, avocado at least once per day), top your meals with nuts and seeds (we love hemp seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds)
