@deepigoyal @zomato let's be logical in your customer support and genuinely make changes, or you'll be loosing a lot more customers than just me..
I don't think I'll ever be using Zomato due to this extra harrassment that I have to face. Also this is not the first time.

2) your support says food is being prepared? Seriously? Within 2 seconds, which restaurant starts preparing food? And then they say delivery time 50 minutes? Are we beyond logic here ? This seems more of a harassment tactic than anything!

I have been trying to get my - in warranty- Tv repaired. Motherboard changed, panel changed, now the TV panel is even coming off. I need higher up intervention to get my TV replaced. Repair is just not acceptable anymore. It's only 2 months old

@zomato you're service is going from bad to worse. Firstly, you delay pick up, then you delay delivery, then you blame restaurant for delayed preparation. It's time people open up their eyes to the real villain. Youre service sucks. And that was the only little thing you had.
