Given the duration of indoor #cycling workouts, there seems to be a strong tendency to stop after _exactly_ one hour. Note that this analysis excludes activities on virtual racing platforms such as #Zwift - would these add more diversity? Coming soon!
As power and speed readings from these trainers are not always similar to road rides, they should be treated differently in performance analysis. Therefore, Fithaxx now automatically recognizes trainer workouts, whether or not explicitly tagged as such in #Strava.
