@Ben_Larrabee Even the "good ones," the doordashers or street vendors, all operate without proper verification, licensing, or just directly steal identities to achieve such (as is rampant within the rideshare/doordash industry, to the tune of over 50% of drivers).

@Ben_Larrabee I'd argue any of many instances in which they commit fraud after arriving are enough to deport any one of them. To work, without documentation, is illegal. To participate in financial systems, utilizing fraudulent information, is illegal. To drive as such is illegal. Etc etc.
