Illegal "prescribing" - that is, using an authorization to prescribe, but with criminal intent - should not be included in any definition related to "prescribing."

Pill Mills didn't "overprescribe" - they trafficked legal drugs illegally.

You lose all push to 2x speed/fast forward controls, it instead retains ancient push to context menu behavior. it’s the old video player basically
