Phone calls can be getting ignored by very low paid government workers and they do not care about who you are. I will be writing my letter tomorrow and will be sending it to the congresman office

The day after we submitted a form trying to chase up ,they pushed the date back a month and told us via an automated message that it was within date and wont let us ask again for 30 days. Also having the international line not work makes it impossible for me to help!
