@USCIS When are you gonna improve the processing times, It was supposed that if the rates increased, the processing times would decrease, but of these two things, only the first has happened and the processing times are the same, the K1 visas should matter too, #129f #k1visa

@PeiLau3 @USCISDirector How many suicides, mental breakdowns, family's and relationships need to come from this back log on #129F??? We suffered separation 💔 from travel bans #loveisnottoursim . Now this.... these are people's lives and families. You get to go home to yours. Ours are falling apart🥺😢

Based on the surge of June 2021 cases being approved ahead of March and April, it appears @USCIS management is prioritizing fudging the public-facing performance metrics, putting their own self-interest ahead of the petitioners and families they serve. #FixTheFianceVisa

Right, the possibility that in 13.5 months you MIGHT hear about your #129F petition, which you paid more for, and submitted to more restrictions for, because @USCIS used to ensure that it was the fastest way for couples and families to be together. But we don't matter anymore.

This means that the time range that WOULD have been displayed before these website updates would be 10.5-13.5 months...which clearly indicates that the #129F processing times just KEEP GETTING LONGER.

So, if this is true, 80% of #129F cases for JUNE 2021 should be processed by now--right, USCIS? Anecdotally from hundreds of families in our online groups, this doesn't seem to be true.

Waiting for our #129f visa has been the singular most frustrating experience in my life thus far. Knowing that solely due to government negligence and plain laziness my relationship and thousands of others have been tested immensely and stretched to their limits is heart-breaking
