@OngoingAccount @BristolCouncil Hi there, sorry to hear this! We're not aware of any problems with the site, and haven't had reports of this happening to anyone else. Anomalies like this are usually caused by a typo in the email address or your email provider has sent it to your spam box.

These photos were taken just one day apart. I reported this fly tipping on the @fixmystreet app and @DundeeCouncil cleared it swiftly. Community reporting apps such as this are a great way for communities to see change in their local area and improve the environment!

In locations where more than one authority is responsible for fixing problems, the category you select plays an important role in triaging the report, which is why your report was sent to Oxford City Council. @MichaelOBurt Hi there, thanks for using FixMyStreet! We are an independent reporting service and we send reports to the best possible place at the council. Reports will not show up on the council's own website, but they are definitely sent to the council. :)

Fly-tipping is up there among the most frequently reported problems on FixMyStreet. We send reports to the correct authority, and make them visible to the public for communities to see what's been reported and what's being done.
