@skwalker117@WallStreetApes@USDA@SecRollins Help ALL of CALIFORNIA every ONE lost the right to inherited tax saving protection. SIGN the petition and share the link to everyone.
@DizzyDy1776@WallStreetApes Not if we can get it on the ballot. SIGN THE PETITION NOW and SHARE is with everyone! If it wins it will retroactive the law to the start date 2/16/21. OR sign it to help keep people in their homes!
@SeasonalI49477@WallStreetApes I've heard estimates of $20000 to make one. For the average Californian they can't afford it. ALL CA lost Prop 58 tax saving protections. Average trust will not help average people. Most heirs face reassessment. Guess will have a homeless problem?
@VerucaSalty76@WallStreetApes I a so sorry. So many people are losing their homes now. Can you sign the petition to help others stay housed. Downloadable link, share with everyone.
@mullins052392@WallStreetApes The law changed for ALL Californian inheritors. Even if you've lived on the property your ENTIRE life, it's reassessed. The saving protections Prop 58 was removed with Prop 19.
@BrettYokom@WallStreetApes CAR California Real Estate spend $40 million to put it on the ballot. The wanted portability of the tax base but took away Prop 58 inherited property rites. Average Trust will NOT help you keep your home. Mullin and Ting were involved as well.
@laughingwithcyn@WallStreetApes Average trust won't protect Californian inheritors. There was only 68 working days between election and implementation of Prop 19. Some people, if they could find an attorney, & they knew what they're doing, did something to their estate. Most Californians don't know law changed.
@dominochef@WallStreetApes It was voted in by the voters of CA. Did not say in title nor summary ALL CA would lose Prop 58- tax savings protections. Not sure how Trump could help this matter.
@WallStreetApes Can you please sign the petition and share the link to your network. Need 1M signatures. The property you save may be your own. #FixProp19
