Didn’t expect more from this country @TfL Built a new line but planned to close on days when millions of people need to use it. Please employ night shift staff to work overnight while customers are sleeping. No wonder this country has collapsed. Too many idiots running the show.

Still the most useless delivery service. @DXdelivery No self pick up. Same day Mon delivery of my passport ended up to be Tues, then Wed, then Thurs then Fri 7-9pm. F up my whole week waiting, even Friday night, and now they cancelled my delivery for 5th time. Can’t fly out tmr.

Mental health?! Our building has no lift for almost 3 months now. Grocery, elderly, disabled… it’s driving us crazy. Up and down 8 flights of stairs carrying heavy work equipment, we are suffering both physically and mentally. @THCHousing
