@EE Been with EE years. Never had issues However my bill has increased by £80 this month in Extra Charges with no explanation apart from 2 picture messages totalling £1.68. Contacted EE, I was sent a ream of charges not on my Bill stating 3rd party charges! I won’t be renewing.
@WillBlackWriter I’m all for giving people a second chance. Apart from child killers/abusers. They, on the other hand should be taken apart with a blunt instrument.
Spoke to Head Office who directed me to the wrong store to discuss my failed delivery. Transpires, someone cancelled my order. No phone call, no email on £221 out of pocket plus a days labour. “Let’s do it right” Really?
@Wickes Scheduled delivery didn’t arrive today. Have lost a day’s work and potentially a customer! 45minute queue for customer services. No answer. Very disappointed and frustrated!
