@mattpocockuk I think what people constantly forget in this conversation is that a good dev is not only producing good code, but also realizes what code to even produce or which problem to tackle - AI won't change the base need of creativity.
I remember when we were in outrage about social media influence in elections. Now we just buy the biggest site and transform it into a pure propaganda machine and add a daily 1$M giveaway for voters on top.

@mattpocockuk Afaik when u access a file from the windows system that lives in the subsystem originally it creates a split copy and if both systems try to alter the same file it can create conflicts. But that's easily circumvented by not doing that and instead running the scripts from within.
